Perform Dynamic Neuromuscular Warm-Ups
Execute active mobility drills rather than static stretching to prime the nervous system and open hip range of motion. Perform 2 sets of 20 meters each of A-skips, B-skips, high knees, butt kicks, and walking lunges with torso rotation. Finish with 3 progressive 50-meter build-up strides accelerating from 50% to 85% maximum effort.
