Reading any guide is free. Live camera coaching is free three ways: How to Change a Flat Tire and Fix an Unsolvable Rubik’s Cube are free for everyone, always — and on top of that, your first guide is free: pick any guide in the library and your first coach session on it costs nothing — no signup, no card. Each free session includes 30 minutes of live coaching. After your free guide, live camera coaching is a one-time $1.99 unlock per guide: yours for a year, and it includes 3 hours of coaching on that guide — you can add another 3 hours for $1.99 any time. Or go All-Access: $4.99 for 30 days (up to 15 hours of coaching) or $39.99 for a full year (up to 50 hours) — every guide unlocked. Only time actually spent coaching counts — reading, pausing and idle time are free. All payments are one-time via PayPal. Nothing auto-renews.

Reading a guide is always free and unlimited. Live camera coaching is metered, because it runs a live AI vision model the whole time it is watching. The two always-free guides and your first free guide of your choice each include 30 minutes. A $1.99 unlock includes 3 hours of coaching on that guide — enough for the great majority of jobs — and you can add another 3 hours for $1.99 whenever you want. All-Access Monthly includes up to 15 hours and All-Access Annual up to 50 hours across every guide. The coach tells you when you are getting close.

Nothing today. Creating a guide is free — there is no charge anywhere in the create flow. The standard price for a guide’s own dedicated subdomain is $5.99, and it is waived for the first 1,000 creator guides; 998 of those spots are still open. If that ever changes, the price will be shown to you before you create anything.

Create a guide (search the library — if your topic is missing, a Create button appears) and you own it. $0.88 lands in your PayPal on every $1.99 unlock of your guide. That is the creator take-home after the $0.25 PayPal payout fee is split with you. HandsOn also covers 100% of the fee PayPal charges to take the payment in and keeps about $0.30. All-Access passes do not pay creators yet. Only one-time $1.99 unlocks earn a royalty today; when pass revenue sharing launches we will publish exactly how it splits.

When you get paid: automatically, at the moment of each sale — the payout is sent to the PayPal address on your guide as soon as the buyer’s payment clears. There is no minimum balance and no payout schedule to wait for. You need a PayPal account that can receive payouts. If PayPal cannot deliver one — wrong address, or an account that cannot accept payouts — the payout is recorded as failed and is not retried automatically; message us through the contact page and it goes straight to a human.

While coaching, say “pause” or “hold on” and it stops advancing; say “continue” when you're ready to move on. Ask questions naturally at any time — “Am I doing this right?”, “What tool do I need?”.

Guides and coaching are AI-generated and can be wrong. Use your own judgment, follow proper safety precautions, and wear protective equipment where sensible. Illegal or dangerous topics are refused, and every guide has a Report link.

Refund requests are reviewed personally by the owner — send yours through the contact page with your PayPal order ID and it goes straight to a human. Note: PayPal charges a non-refundable transaction fee (about 49¢ + 3.49%) on every payment, so approved refunds return what you paid minus PayPal’s fee — e.g., a $1.99 unlock refunds about $1.43.
